The Coordination Task Force is in charge of logistics and coordination around events, activities, and the internal operations of the Metabolism of Cities. The Coordination Task Force administers the Metabolism of Cities website by keeping content, design current, marketing, and communication among all team members and volunteers, across task forces.
- Recruitment and onboarding: Assist with prospective members and volunteer recruitment, placement, record keeping and recognition.
- Internal communications: Assist with the Administrative Board agenda, scheduling, meeting minutes, and internal communications.
- Internal coordination: help coordinate tasks that span across different Task Forces
- Event Logistics: Assist with seminars, workshops, hackathons, conferences, booth, exhibitions, and Metabolism of Cities retreat activities and tasks
