In other subject, I also saw that it is not processing correctly these 2 shapefiles Land Use Charter - Porto and Green spaces in Porto, showing for both the error message in the attached image. I don't understand what the problem might be or what can I do to fix it...
These two are still waiting for admnistrator validation in order to be fully loaded into the system. (Tree stock and Waste Collection Containers Location).

Hi Paula,

1. Not to worry, as the resetting is easy and fast to do and it's already done. Note that the three last ones were already reset.
2. As for the shapefiles, I have never encountered this error message, so will need to ask Paul.
3. With regards to the tree stock and waste collection containers, both of these fills have much too MANY items. Each single tree and waste bin would get their own reference space. But since no flow or stock data will be attached to those, it is not very valuable to have them from that perspective. They will not have a space in the report either, so for now, we will leave them as is. Or do you have a specific use for them?

With regards to the error: I would have to properly sit down to investigate this, not sure either. However, I am very busy until at least next week Wednesday. If there is some urgency to it, then my one recommendation would be to do the merging in QGIS so that the system doesn't need to merge different elements server-side. It seems that this merging step is where things don't work out. But again, not totally sure and I would need time to look into this.

Btw, you may want to change the title to "tonnes" or "tonnage" or even "harvested tonnes", since you have converted it from hectares now - nice explanation in the uploader notes!!

Hi Carla,
I think there is no need to reset it, because the processing hasn't been finalised. You should be able to go on this link >> click unassign (because it is currently assigned to Paula) and then process it.
Do note that it caused the error that Paula mentioned in this thread up above that we momentarily can NOT help with and that you may be able to solve in GIS by merging the different elements. I'd suggest that you merge it in GIS, upload the new files and then process again.
