It's quite fundamental but we haven't implemented this yet: users should be able to UPDATE an existing dataset (eg when new data have been released one year after uploading the first batch of data). The fact that we can associate multiple files to a single dataset already makes it a bit easier... we must just allow for reprocessing of a new file without removing the old data. There are a number of things to check and record, but it shouldn't be crazy difficult.
