Enable attachment functionality for screenshots and docs etc. for a task or forum item

Description

It would be desirable to be able to add attachments, such as a screenhot when commenting in the forum or in a task. Ideally, if it is an image, it is also actually shown in the text.
I'm not sure if we want to also allow attachments of docs, or if this is rather supposed to be solved through a link to a doc.
