Description

So in the previous site we didn't link infrastructure data to the same kind of meta data as the new site (where they are linked to Library Items). The same applied to the material flows data, but I have created new library items for them. However, the same needs to be done to the infrastructure items. Each infrastructure (technically a Reference Space in our db) needs to be linked to a Library Item. In the old site they are linked to CSV files in general, so I figure we have to use those "names" of the files as titles, and then sorta wing it. They will be incomplete and poorly documented library items, but library items at least. We can work on plugging all the details into there in due course. For now, let's get them imported properly to get started.
