Description

We need to add the right open graph and other meta tags that allow for a proper description, image, and title to appear when people share pages on our website. See here some details of what to prioritize. We should figure out a good system of setting this (in _base.html? in each page's template? do we pass variables in the context), and then apply consistently. Starting with the highest priority pages (we are pending identification).

This should be a good entry level task so please give a shout if anyone wants to work on this and we can figure out the best way of tackling this.
