Description

So one of the big endeavours of the the 2021 Priority Plan is to manage downscaling from bigger spatial level (countries, regions, etc.) to city level.
Some papers exist out there that have carried out (example).
For one of our projects CityLoops, we have also started working on it (see here). In any case, a method would be important to be developed so that we can start downscaling once data are processed from higher up scales.
