Description

The system has been set up to use a "Geocode scheme" in order to link different areas and hierarchies (e.g. countries, zipcodes, provinces). While this is implemented in some places, a full integration is still pending. We need to really test the foundations of this structure to make sure it makes sense. If it does, we should roll out some standard code that can help in hierarchical querying. If not, we need to come up with something better.
